2. Eligibility

3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or impersonation
• No spam, scams, or attempts to bypass payments or safety systems
• Respect other users during chats and voice calls
• Follow community guidelines and report abuse when you see it

4. Wallet & calls

Paid voice calls deduct from your wallet per the displayed rate. Free promotional minutes may apply for new users. Recharges are processed by third-party payment providers.

5. Earn / call button

Users who enable a call button may receive payouts for qualifying talk time, subject to verification, platform commission, and payout terms shown at activation.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Dil Se Dil Tak a license to host and display it so the service works. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Dil Se Dil Tak is a social connection platform, not emergency or medical services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
